Therefore, NutraSilver® comes with a money back guarantee for 60 days from the date of shipment.

Refunds are available for your FIRST RETAIL ORDER ONLY. This policy is to insure customers have their best foot forward and put NutraSilver to work as it was intended. Since shipping is part of the cost to get our product to your door, we cannot refund the shipping portion of your purchase.

Return Policy

You must return any remaining product in order to be eligible for a refund. Example: if you purchased 8 bottles and have 4 left, return the four bottles in order to receive your full refund for the 8 bottle purchase.

Should you decide to return the product, simply call our toll-free number 888-240-2326 with your name and order number and we will issue you an RMA number. You must have an RMA number in order to return the product and receive a refund. Please mail the product to us at this address:

You must include your full name, email address and order number inside the return package so we can locate your order and issue a refund to you. Your RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for the return to be processed. If the RMA number is not clear written on the outside of the package, we cannot process your return.

We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back, we cannot issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for each customer’s FIRST RETAIL ORDER ONLY. Customers can order as many products as they wish but we only allow one return for any particular product per customer.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is closed for any reason, we will issue a company check as an alternative payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the receipt of the valid returned product.

We ask you to give our products a fair and complete test and for that reason, we ask you to at least use the products for 30 days. The 100% product refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the product only. Customers must call 1-888-240-2326 for customer service to inform us of your decision to return the product for a refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping hours of service: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday MST

Our shipping offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Mountain STANDARD TIME and are closed Saturday and Sundays (Please feel free to leave us a message). Our shipping office is also closed on all government-observed holidays.

This means if you are purchasing over the weekend that your package will ship next business day, which is usually Monday unless Monday is a holiday, in which case packages will be shipped on Tuesday.

We use UPS domestically and US Postal Service or DHL for International shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government observed holidays. Weekends are Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST on a business day will ship out the same business day. Any orders placed after after 1:00 PM MST will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day which is usually the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it will ship the following business day.

We cannot do overnight deliveries internationally, to an APO/ FPO address, or to a Post Office Box nor can we track International orders. We can not deliver on a Saturday, please do not use Express Mail on weekends. If you live in a rural area, overnight shipping can not be guaranteed by the USPS.

Tracking Packages. If your package is shipped via UPS or DHL, you will get an email with your tracking number. Please use that email to track your UPS or DHL package.

Undeliverable packages. All packages returned to us are issued a full refund, less the price of shipping and handling. We can not re-ship orders that return to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order the products again.

Order Cancellations. Cancellations must be made before the order ships. Orders ship at 1pm on business days. If the product has not been shipped, a refund will be issued creditable to the same method of payment that was used originally, or the order will be voided.

International Shipping Policy

Delivery time. If your order is to be shipped outside the USA, the standard shipping charge for all international orders (destinations outside USA) is tied to the USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate and DHL Express International. The delivery time varies between 2 to 21 business days. The USPS no longer allows tracking on Priority Mail International shipping.

Location restrictions. Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fee. We can not ship overnight to international addresses, DHL is the closest with 2 – 3 day delivery.

FREE international shipping advisory. At checkout, when you select the FREE International Shipping option, your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Flat-Rate International. As you know, there is an inherent risk in using this budget service. We cannot be responsible for lost packages or packages that are hung up at customs when shipped via USPS. Also, the USPS no longer allows tracking for international shipping. Orders are only track to US borders.

Guaranteed delivery. If you would like guaranteed delivery, please select the DHL option which is quick and painless.

Refused orders. If an order is refused by the customer, there will be NO REFUND. Please be aware that each countries customs agencies have their own policies and can delay arrival at your home or business and we cannot be responsible for any delays in international delivery.

Illegal orders. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

NutraSilver cannot be responsible for illegal orders. You assume the responsibility for your order once it is placed in our system and shipped.

IMPORTANT: If your package is seized by customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If your order is not returned back to us, we cannot issue you a refund. DHL orders are delivered without issue to international customers. USPS orders may have issues with your local customs.

Most orders held by customs are for the purpose of charging import duties and customs fees. We have had such troubles in less than 1% of our international shipments. If you are not sure, please contact the customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges or for packages that are held up at customs.
